It has been built from local stone, the property offers picturesque views of the neighbouring fields and surrounding countryside. Accessed by a long unmade country lane, the farm has lots of privacy and is a perfect escape from busy, modern life. Perranporth has stunning sandy beaches with awesome rolling surf. When the tide is out, visitors can enjoy miles of sand. Sand yachting, kite surfing, board and kayak surfing, the possibilities are endless! The scenic SW coast path passes through fields, over cliff tops, and down to hidden coves, and is an ideal way to enjoy the country air. The quaint fishing village of St Agnes is also nearby and is well worth a visit. Spectacular views, renowned country houses and gardens, cider farms, steam railways and even a cliff side golf course are all close by.
