A delightful bungalow on the owner's working arable farm, in the village of Bressingham in Norfolk. The sunny sitting room with French doors leading to a tranquil garden provides the perfect spot to relax after a busy day exploring the local area. All ground floor. One double bedroom with colour TV and basin. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with fitted kitchen, breakfast bar and sitting area. Offering comfortable accommodation, this cottage is ideal for couples. There is excellent walking from the doorstep, including a path across the field to the local village pub! walks. With plenty to see and do on the doorstep, what a great base to explore this part of Norfolk! About the area: Diss 2.5 miles; Thetford 13 miles. Bressingham Steam Museum and Gardens, a stone's throw away, offers a great day out with plenty to see and do for train enthusiasts and the beautiful gardens provide wonderful walks and picnic spots. The charming village of Bressingham has a shop, pub and local church. There is something for all the family. Nearby, picturesque Diss has an array of speciality shops, eating places and nature walks. Amenities: Storage heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, colour TV, video, CD player/cassette/radio. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Off road parking for 1 car.
