Recently built by the owners in local Quercy stone in typical Quercy style with a delightful pigeonnier, this house is perfection. Sleeping 4, it is beautifully appointed with superb floor tiling, exquisite furnishings, extremely well equipped and the attention to detail is second to none. Plenty of windows/French doors ensure the house is sunny and light.
The kitchen is everyone's dream with beautiful work surfaces, every imaginable appliance. The lounge on the first floor is cosy, warm, comfortable and the balcony leading off it has the most amazing views across to Belves and miles of surrounding countryside. Because of this balcony, the house is not really suitable for children but ideal for 2 couples (or 3 adults) to enjoy a perfectly peaceful and tranquil holiday.
Situated on its own, high up in the tiny hamlet of Le Grezal, it is only 2.5 km from the charming small town of Siorac where you will find good general shopping and a decent supermarket. Belves, 5 km away, is a very popular town full of medieval architecture, pretty restaurants around a delightful square, pavement cafes to take coffee/croissants and to watch the world go by, bars and much more. All the attractions of this remarkable region are within easy travelling distance.

• Following the River Dordogne you will find several fairy-tale chateaux - Chateaux Milandes and Castelnaud included
• Medieval market town of Sarlat 25 minutes drive - well worth exploring particularly the old town - twice weekly market full of smiley faces
• Bergerac airport approx 40-50 mins drive
