This charming, terraced barn conversion is one of two lovely brick-built conversions, situated on the owners' working farm, in the attractive hamlet of Hulland Ward. The property offers comfortable and well-equipped accommodation, with an excellent combination of modern furnishings and original features, creating a cosy and welcoming atmosphere. There are two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x single (additional folding bed available on request). Bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC. Fully fitted kitchen adjoining the delightful sitting/dining room. Entrance hall. Spacious shared garden. Guests from each of the properties have one hour's private use per day of the lovely seven-seater hot tub (at additional cost). This property makes an ideal retreat for a romantic break, or for the family to enjoy the many facilities on offer at the farm, including a pet farm, summer house and pony-and-trap rides through the local countryside. Amenities: Electric storage heaters. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, colour TV with DVD, CD/radio. Small library of books/DVDs. All fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Cot & highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Garden (shared with Ref 2611) with patio, spacious lawn, furniture & BBQ. Private one hour session in hot tub per day at 5 per day (Mon - Sat, towels provided). One well behaved pet welcome. Horses welcome by arrangement with owner. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4 miles, pub 0.5 mile
