This property is the smaller of two outstanding holiday homes, situated in a delightful position on the edge of the attractive village of Hulme End. The adjoining properties have been created from the high standard conversion of an old stone built Grade II listed barn. The property offers extremely spacious accommodation and has been equipped and furnished to a very high standard. Much care has been taken to maintain the original charm and character of these superb old buildings. There are two bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Three piece bathroom with shower over bath. Superb well equipped fitted kitchen with dining area. Delightful and spacious sitting room with gas fire and double sofa bed. Ample storage for mountain bikes etc. The owners live in a farmhouse nearby and personally welcome guests. This is an excellent base for exploring the Peaks any time of the year. Amenities: Electric heating from night storage heaters and gas fire in sitting room. Gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, automatic washer/dryer, dishwasher, colour TV, video, stereo etc. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Ample off road parking. Garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Fishing by arrangement. Sorry no pets. Non smokers preferred. Shop and pub 5 mins walk.
