A large, well-appointed apartment on the upper floor of the owners' stylish Victorian house, in a peaceful area of Buxton. There are two bedrooms: 1 x twin, 1 x family room with double & single bed, bathroom with bath (shower over), basin and WC, a modernised fitted kitchen and a lounge with dining area and gas fire. It has magnificent views of the town and bordering countryside, and is decorated and furnished to a high standard providing a bright, welcoming holiday home. The central location makes this an ideal holiday base, perfectly placed for exploring the many sights of the town, or the Peak District National Park, with its abundant walks and interesting villages and towns; Bakewell, Tideswell and Matlock to name but a few. Amenities: Gas central heating throughout with additional heating from gas fire in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, colour TV, video, DVD player, radio, stereo/CD player etc. Laundry service available. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and high chair available. Ample off road parking. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Pub 2 mins walk, shop 4 mins walk
