A traditional terraced cottage, adjacent to the 18th Century parish church and lovely gardens, set in the quaint market town of Wigton. This charming cottage has been lovingly renovated and furnished to a good standard. Set over three floors. There are two lovely bedrooms: 1 x king size double (bed is low to the floor), 1 x 2nd floor double. Bathroom with bath with shower over, WC and basin. Open plan living area with well-equipped kitchen, dining area and a cosy sitting area. Basement (for bike/canoe storage etc). Small garden, ideal for dining al fresco. The property is only a short walk from the town's amenities, and provides a perfect base for exploring this fantastic area, with miles of coastline and the stunning northern Lakes all within a short drive away. This is a lovely holiday retreat, superbly located for a varied and relaxing break. Amenities: Gas central heating throughout. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, digital colour TV. Gas & electricity inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Small cottage garden with furniture & BBQ. Roadside parking for 1 car. One well behaved dog welcome at 7 per week. Sorry, no smoking. Shops & pubs 2 mins walk
