This is a wonderful detached house, in the hamlet of Swanwick. Set away from the main road, the house offers a comfortable, well-equipped and spacious touring base for visitors. There are traditional furnishings and a lovely conservatory overlooking the patio and back garden, ideal for summer barbecues. The accommodation provides three bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin, 1 x single. Bathroom containing bath with shower over, WC and basin. Fitted kitchen with pantry. Sitting room with flame effect gas fire and dining area. With good walking right from the doorstep, local amenities, pubs and restaurants close by, and very good road connections, this is a perfect base from which to explore the Peak District and surrounding areas. Amenities: Full gas central heating with additional heating from flame effect gas fire in sitting room. Gas cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV with Freeview, video, DVD, stereo/CD player/radio etc, library of books, games etc. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden with patio area, garden furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets or smoking.
