Bryn Penmaen provides comfortable and well-equipped holiday accommodation to suit a family or a couple at any time of year. Decorated and furnished to an exacting standard, the cottage provides accommodation including two bedrooms, a fitted kitchen with dining area, and its own pretty lawned garden and patio. The name Penmaen means "on top of the rock" and the cottages, the owner???s house, and the estate's gorgeous landscaped gardens, including an old tower with sitting area, are situated in an elevated position overlooking Cardigan Bay and Snowdonia.
Bryn Penmaen is one of two detached Wales Cottages in the grounds of the 100 acre Penmaen Estate.
Storage heaters with additional heating from coal-effect electric fire in sitting room. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, HD flat screen colour TV with Freeview, DVD. Electricity for storage heaters inc. in rent, remainder by £1 coin meter. Bed linen available to hire at £4 per person per week. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars, boats, canoes etc. Large lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the owner's beautiful large garden with wonderful viewing points over Cardigan Bay and Snowdonia. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 1 mile. Beach 30 mins walk (5 mins drive).
