A delightful two and a half century old stone cottage, next to the owner's farmhouse on a working farm. The cottage has three bedrooms: 1 x kingsize double, 1 x twin, 1 x adult bunks, a bathroom with bath with shower over, basin & WC and a well equipped kitchen with dining area. With customary features, such as oak beams in the lounge, this comfy cottage is only a short walk from the village pub. Visitors enjoy free use of the owner's terrific, indoor heated pool, sauna and steam room, and are given their own time for personal use of the facilities. Children are welcome to assist on the farm with the sheep, cows, hens, pigs, and other animals or enjoy the nearby playground. Explore the bordering Dales or the Peak District, within easy driving distance. An excellent location with something for everyone. Amenities: Full gas central heating, gas stove in sitting room. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, colour TV, video, DVD, radio/CD. Small library of books/games. All fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Use of owners indoor swimming pool, sauna & steam room by arrangement. Cot, highchair & stairgate. Off road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed, lawned garden with furniture & BBQ. Sorry no pets or smoking.
