The superb walking and breathtaking scenery of the National Park are nearby, as well as the beautiful villages of Hutton le Hole and Lastingham. Just 6 miles away is Pickering which is the base of the North York Moors Steam Railway - a 'must do' day out. Within easy driving distance are the City of York and the Yorkshire Coast.
