A good-looking semi-detached property located in a quiet cul-de-sac, on the pleasant Isle of Walney, only 1 mile from Barrow-in-Furness. Only a minute's walk from an award winning beach, this modern accommodation offers sights of the sea from its three bedrooms. It has :1 x kingsize, 1 x family room with single bed and a deluxe stacker bed (which can be a single bed, twin beds or a super kingsize double when the two beds are pushed together). Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. Ground floor basin and WC. Entrance to the lovely garden is via patio doors from the lounge area. It has a fitted kitchen with adjoining dining room, a large sitting room with double sofa bed and a utility room. Various activities are available locally, such as kite surfing, horse riding and a wide range of water sports, while the nearby towns of Barrow and Dalton-in-Furness have a variety of shops and eateries. this base is perfect for family and friends alike. Amenities: Gas fired central heating throughout. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV, DVD, radio/CD player etc. Small library of games/books/DVDs. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off road parking for three cars (one to be garaged, two on the driveway). Enclosed garden with patio area, garden furniture and BBQ. Up to three well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry no smoking. Shops 1 mile, pub/restaurant and beach 1 min walk. Cantonese restaurant/take-away 5 mins walk
