This lovely stone built property is linked to the owner's own farmhouse in the centre of the little, peaceful village of Elton in the centre of the Peak National Park. The property offers 'all ground floor' accommodation, with a studio room with king size bed and cosy sitting area with electric log effect fire. Modern shower room with shower cubicle, washbasin and WC. Small but functional kitchen with breakfast bar. Tastefully furnished with a warm and cosy atmosphere, the delightful accommodation and pretty patio area provide a superb retreat for a romantic break or for those wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There are excellent walking paths and peaceful country lanes surrounding the cottage and just a stone's throw from the front door is the local Inn. With destinations such as Winster, Matlock, Bakewell and Chatsworth House within easy reach, this really is a perfect base for couples wishing to tour the region! Amenities: Gas central heating throughout and additional heating from electric log effect fire in sitting area. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, colour TV, DVD, stereo/CD player/radio etc, library of books, games and DVDs. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot available. Off road parking for one car. Small courtyard garden with patio, garden furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 2 mins walk. (Pub with food 1 mile)
