A detached stone built cottage with all of the accommodation on the ground floor. It has 1 x double bedroom and a shower room with shower, WC and wash basin. There is a comfortable beamed living room with well equipped kitchen, dining and sitting areas. The property is near the owners' farmhouse, on an operational hill farm, and has a charming sunny aspect with beautiful open views. The farm is accessed by a lane and is located in the peaceful, tranquil and rural hamlet of Ollerbrook only 10 minutes walk from Edale village. The property has been skilfully converted from an old barn and makes a comfy retreat at any time of the year. Amenities: Thermostatically controlled heaters in living room & bedroom, heated towel rail in shower room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, colour TV, basic Sky, DVD, CD/radio. Use of washing machine & freezer space in owners farmhouse. Electricity charged at cost from meter reading (first 10 inc. in rent from 30th Oct to 11th April, thereafter charged at cost, 5 inc. for short break). Bed linen & towels inc. in rent. Cot & highchair on request. Small garden with patio & furniture. Ample off road parking. Sorry, no pets & no smoking. Shop & pub 10 mins walk. Railway station 1 mile
