A beautiful, semi-detached, stone barn conversion, set in the little hamlet of Hollow Meadows, just 4 miles from Ladybower Reservoir in the magnificent Peak District National Park. Situated within the grounds of the owner's home, the property offers stunning countryside views. There are four lovely bedrooms: 2 x double, 1 with ensuite (shower, basin & WC), 1 x single with pull out truckle bed, 1 x twin with pull out truckle bed. Ground floor wet room with shower, basin & WC. 1st floor bathroom with bath with shower over, basin & WC. Fitted kitchen. Dining room. Delightful, raised sitting room accessed via 3 steps with beams. Visitors can enjoy use of the owner's lovely heated indoor swimming pool, with slide-off roof, and a paddock with resident ponies and pot bellied pigs! Enjoy superb walks from the doorstep, explore Edale or visit the bustling city of Sheffield. Amenities: Full gas (LPG) central heating. Gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, colour TV with Sky inc. sports, video, DVD, Movie Media Player, Playstation, CD etc. Wireless broadband by arrangement with owner.
