A wonderful cottage set in the beautiful grounds of the owner's home, just 1 mile from the lsmall village of Clifton and 1 mile from Ashbourne. Furnished to high standards this superb property features one double bedroom (can be made into twin on request). Bathroom with bath with shower over, WC and basin. Well equipped kitchen. Cosy sitting room with electric fire, sofabed, dining area and French doors to patio garden. A delightful, south-facing garden that is ideal for a relaxing BBQ or for just enjoying the lovely views towards the surrounding fields. In the midst of fantastic countryside, the welcoming village of Clifton offers walkers and cyclists pretty scenic routes and the Cock Inn serves a excellent meal with a warm welcome. Antique hunters are more than catered for with the many fine stores at Ashbourne nearby - home to quaint cobbled streets and a good choice of restaurants and pubs. Amenities: Electric central heating throughout with additional heating from electric fire in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, colour TV, DVD player, radio/CD player etc. Small library of books/games/DVDs. All fuel & power inc. in rent. Bed linen & towels inc. in rent.
