There are three bedrooms: 1 x family (with double and single beds), 1 x double with washbasin, 1 x bunk (full size). Bathroom with bath, handbasin, WC and bidet. Ground floor shower room. The kitchen is complete with breakfast area. A large sitting room with multi-fuel stove, and a separate dining room with beamed ceiling and electric fire. Games room, and a back porch with boot store and WC. This provides and ideal base for walking and touring in the North York Moors National Park. About the Area; Thirsk 6.5 miles; Helmsley 7.5 miles. Hambleton, located in the North York Moors National Park, is close to the top of Sutton Bank with its spectacular panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. The local pub is renowned for its good food. Nearby, are the historic market towns of Helmsley and Thirsk (James Herriot's Darrowby). Within easy driving distance are the City of York, The Yorkshire Dales and The East Coast, as well as the theme parks of Lightwater Valley and Flamingo Land.
