A charming modernised 18th century farmhouse set in 7500 sq.m.of garden sheltered by mature trees. There are 5 bedrooms, 2 reception rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and a covered terrace with a table tennis table. First rate newly installed salt water swimming pool which can be heated when required between March and the end of October. Covered terrace with table tennis table. Lime trees near the house provide shade for meals and relaxing in the garden.Ample furniture for sitting or lying in the garden and around the pool. **Three weeks left in September reduced to £1000 per week instead of £1250. Saving £250. Enjoy France at this wonderful time of year**

Nearest Airport: Nice at 40 Kilometres
Nearest Ferry: Cannes at 20 Kilometres
At Le Lac de St Cassien, only 9km away, boats, pedallos and windsurfers are available to hire. The lake is famous for coarse fishing. Anglers come there from all over Europe. A large number of good quality golf clubs are within easy reach. The nearest beach is half an hour away at Cannes. The beaches at Antibes, Juan les Pins and Théoule are within very easy reach. There are more tennis courts 3km away at Le Tignet. There are good riding schools in the vicinity. In the mountains close by are the flower fields which used to serve the scent factories in Grasse. There are many mapped walks in the area. Shopping Shopping in the area is a pleasure. Peymeinade and Grasse both have markets and small shops selling a great variety of Provençal specialities and ready cooked meals. In the neighbourhood there are top class restaurants to satisfy most tastes and pockets. Peymeinade has one of the finest butchers in the area and a respected dress maker.

Le Grand Vallon is in a small sheltered valley on the edge of the village of Peymeinade, 7 minutes’ walk from the shops. Peymeinade is a flourishing village with many agreeable small shops and a supermarket. It is 40 km from Nice Airport, 20 km inland from Cannes and 4 km west of Grasse. The lake of St Cassien, only 9 km away, provides excellent swimming, sailing and windsurfing undisturbed by motor-boats.The beaches of the Riviera clubs are within easy driving distance.
