Super-cool penthouse loft has New York vibe in the heart of Vancouver’s historic Gastown district. Walk to downtown shops, Olympics venues and the convention centre. Brand-new live/work unit can be used as functional office by day and luxurious suite by night. This 1500-sq. ft. penthouse features: 13-foot ceilings, polished concrete floors, ultra-modern kitchen, open-plan master bathroom, queen-sized Murphy bed and two large decks-- including a rooftop deck with 360-degree views of mountains and city. Furnishings are modern, stylish and quirky; including a ping-pong table that doubles as a boardroom/dining table and a variety of drop-down photographers’ backdrops to change the mood at the press of a button. Super-secure building features two underground parking stalls.

BEDROOM
The open concept space paired with the convenience of a Murphy bed allows you to decide how you want to live. Depending on your needs the bedroom can either be used as a bedroom or an extension of the living room. The Murphy bed folds down to a comfortable queen sized bed. A deluxe queen sized air mattress with bedding is also available.

BATHROOM
Open-plan master bathroom includes an oversized walk-in shower, bathtub, and vanity area. There are two toilets in the loft, one located near the front entrance, and one by the shower (both enclosed).

KITCHEN
With all stainless steel appliances and plenty of cupboard space this kitchen is sleek and clean. A full sized refrigerator and freezer, gas stove top, oven and dishwasher gives you everything you need. Wake up in the morning and make yourself an espresso with plenty of choices of espresso shots. The kitchen is stocked with glasses, utensils, dishes, pots, pans, serving bowls, and everything you need to feel at home.

LIVING AREA
With floor to ceiling windows you can take in the sights and sounds of downtown from the comfort of your accommodation. Comfortable seating for 15 and a moveable flat screen TV will ensure you don’t miss out on any events. Use the projector screen for presentations, or just a nice backdrop for ambiance. Sit and watch the fire while listening to your own ipod with our ipod sound system. The ping-pong table doubles as a dining room/boardroom table complete with chairs.

PATIO
Extending out from the living room is a large patio over looking downtown Vancouver. If you would rather look at the mountains take the spiral staircase up to the rooftop patio to get 360-degree views. There is a gas barbeque and patio seating for entertaining.

ENTERTAINMENT
Included is free local calling with our cordless phones, digital TV, DVD player and wireless hi-speed Internet. If you enjoy a game of ping-pong there is plenty of room for everyone to get involved. At your request we can provide a Wii system with games, and have board games as well.

EXTRAS
There are 2 secure underground parking spaces. We provide a once a week maid service, which depending on your needs a higher service can be negotiated. There is in suite laundry complete with detergent for your use, as well as an iron and ironing board. We also have a selection of towels, body wash, hairspray, shampoo, soap, and other toiletries to ensure you have everything you need.
