Now imagine having it all to yourself. If you didn't think it was possible, think again. The "Great Outdoors Personal Resort" is a 2006 built luxurious central Palm Springs estate designed with outdoor resort living in mind. From a walled private outdoor shower, to an outdoor seating area by a cozy fireplace, to a below ground pool-side wetbar, this vacation rental's amenities will exceed your wildest dreams.
Since this vacation home is all about outdoor living, let's start there. The spacious yard faces West toward Mt. San jacinto and provides unobstructed views from almost every corner. In terms of outdoor amenities, this house is second to none. The yard has a large, curvaceous swimming pool outlined with a winding rock wall with three waterfalls. The adjacent spa can seat 8, and nestled between them both is a gas firepit covered in decorative glass. Swin up to one of the four built in concrete stools and have a drink at the sunken wetbar complete with refrigerator and built-in BBQ. On the other side of the sunken wetbar is a putting green, complete with putters and golf balls. Next to this is a unique outdoor shower with a waterfall showerhead that hangs from an adjacent tree branch.
Outdoor Seating. The outdoor sunbathing area has four comfortable chaise lounge chairs on an elevated setting over the pool. Here you can gaze at the sun, the palm trees, and the mountains while listening to the soothing sounds of the waterfalls trickling into the pool. The outdoor dining area has a larg table, 5 sling chairs and is next to a large fountain. In between this dining area and the inside of the house is yet another seating area with room for five and a gas fireplace.
Glass french doors lead guests from this resort-like yard into the homes first media room. This comfortable room, with large windows and ceiling fan, has four large leather chairs, wood beams along the ceiling, a wall-mounted flat screen TV and a bar with large wine cellar. Speakers in the ceiling are ready to play your favorite music and you'll rest here enjoying fountain, pool and mountain views.
The formal living room has a wood beam ceiling, a ceiling fan, gas fireplace, large windows and glass doors. Next to the living room is the formal dining room that seats six. the kitchen can seat four other diners. Two at the counter, and two at a cafe style table by a window. the kitchen has everything you'll need to cook a gourmet meal including a microwave oven, oven, five-burner stove, dishwasher, icemaker, In addition it has two sinks, including one at the center island.
The master suite is your own private getaway with views that will blow you away. It has a King size bed, two nightstands, built in bookcase, walk in closet and large picture window with a view of everything. I'll let the picture do the talking here. The ensuite bathroom has duel sinks, a step down shower with window and a large oval bathtub with another amazing view.
Bedrooms two and three each have a queen size bed, walk in closet and French doors to an outdoor patio with wall mounted fountain. One of these two bedrooms has a wall-mounted flat screen TV. Both bedrooms also have ensuite bathrooms, one with a shower, the other with a bathtub.
In addition to three full bedrooms, there is a den with a King-size sofa/sleeper and a large flat screen TV with DVD player.
Other features include a two car garage, six car private motor court, remote controlled entry gate and a front entrance fountain to welcome you and your guests to your Great Outdoors Personal resort.
