Dry Heat Resorts is proud to represent this 2,100 sq ft mid-century modern South Palm Springs vacation rental located in the architecturally significant Canyon View Estates community The condo has two bedrooms, each with a King size bed, two bathrooms, two living areas, two dining areas and a game room with pool table, library and sitting area. The spacious patio has a covered area where two ceiling fans spin above a dry bar on one side, and an outdoor dining area on the other. This condo features, comfort, style and outdoor space all located in beautiful South Palm Springs.

The master suite has a King size canopy bed, nightstand, end table, 8-drawer dresser, TV and ample closet space. A Sliding glass door leads to the patio and let’s in plenty of Palm Springs sunshine. The master suite also has an updated private bath with two sinks, tile floor and a walk-in shower with floor to ceiling tile and a waterfall showerhead.
The second bedroom also has a King size bed. For your comfort & convenience, a 6-drawer dresser, mirror and walk-in closet complete the room. Adjacent this bedroom is the second bathroom which has a bathtub/shower, tile floor and a skylight.
The combination living room/dining room receives sunlight from almost every direction, and high ceilings make the spacious room appear even larger. The living room has a comfortable sofa and plush matching chairs. The formal dining room will accommodate six at a large wood table. Sliding glass doors open to the partially covered patio that has two ceiling fans, two lounge chairs, a dry bar, gas grill, outdoor dining table, fountain and incredible mountain views. It is also just steps away from one of the pool/spa areas.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooktop, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, icemaker, blender, microwave, coffeemaker & toaster. There is even a CD/stereo in the kitchen. Adjacent to the kitchen is a sunny breakfast nook with a table and four chairs.
How many two bedroom condos have a den in addition to the living room? Probably not many. This vacation rental features a den with L-shaped sofa sleeper, richly appointed entertainment cabinet and large TV. But wait, there’s more!
