Situated on Indian Ridge, this is a very large 4 bedroom home, over 2000sqft, with 2 bathrooms and a private pool and spa.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the other two bedrooms have twin beds, one of them in a childrens theme. A further bathroom is situated at the back of the house leading out onto the pool area.

The pool area is not overlooked, with quite a large deck area, a large pool and a relaxing jacuzzi, overflowing into the pool. This is really luxury.

CANCELLATION OR AMENDMENTS BY YOU:
If you are compelled to cancel your reservation, you must inform us by telephone and immediately confirm your cancellation to us in writing. In this event if you cancel your reservation 4 or more weeks before arrival there is a cancellation charge of 50%, 0 - 4 weeks before arrival there is a cancellation charge of 100%. If you wish to change the home that you have paid and booked you will be required to forfeit any exsisting monies paid. AMENDMENTS TO ANY RESERVATION WILL INCUR AN ADMINISTRATION FEE OF $150.00.
