Rates and Terms:
Available the month of January, February and March 2010.
Daily - $700 Canadian dollars
Full Month - $17,500. per month Canadian dollars
POLICIES:
50% deposit required upon final confirmation of booking (deposits are not refundable)
50 % required 90 days before arrival
Rental agreement required
Damage deposit is $1,000 and is fully refundable at checkout minus damages, if any.
