The dining-area has a round table that can be expanded into a larger oval table with four chairs.

The bedroom is furnished with an ultra large king- size bed. There are nightstands with drawers, reading lamps, and an armoire.

The spacious, bright bathroom (also with a large window) pops with color and is fully accessorized with a large washbasin, new toilet, and an oversized tub and shower. It features exceptional lighting and a full wall mirror that is great for shaving and make-up, and a large towel warmer. In the bathroom closet is a washer-dryer.

A half bath off the entry hall contains a toilet and sink, with mirror. A roomy armoire in the bedroom and a large hall closet provide plenty of storage space for clothes and shoes.

A short walk in one direction takes you to the famous Arc de Triomphe; in the other direction, you arrive at the Trocadero and the Eiffel Tower or Roland Garros Tennis Stadium.

Lovely Place Victor Hugo, a block and a half away, features wonderful cafes and chic shopping.

Nearby restaurants include everything from neighborhood favorites to two Guy Savoy "baby bistros" and an Alain Ducasse showcase.

The nearby President Wilson open-air market offers a tempting array of country-fresh fruits and vegetables, cheeses, meats, fish, and delicious prepared foods.
