Carlyon Bay: With over a mile of sand even on the busiest summer days there is plenty of room on the beach which is popular with families. Carlyon Bay Golf: The first nine holes of the spectacular 6500 yard course stretches out along the cliff top, enjoying magnificent views of golden sands. Then the course turns inland through beautiful countryside scenery with many natural hazards including a disused mine shaft, making the course interesting and challenging for golfers of all handicaps. Charlestown: Charles Rashleigh, a wealthy mine owner, built Charlestown harbour in 1791. Charlestown is now used as a location for filming and the sailing ships are a permanent feature. There is a large car park on the right hand side as you enter the village and from there the harbour, art and pottery shops and the Rashleigh Pub are within easy reach. Public toilets are located above the beach. The beaches at Charlestown are covered in flint pebbles.

There are 3 hotels in the same road with the famous Carlyon Bay Hotel less than 1/4 mile away. The 18th hole of the golf course is just at the end of the drive with a further two courses in close proximity. The coastal path leads to Charlestown Harbour home of the tall ships and a frequent film location with several Restaurants and Inns. For the garden lovers the Eden project, Lost Gardens of Heligan and Caerhays Castle spring gardens are all close by. The property is midway between the well loved Mevagissy and Fowey harbour towns. We offer the location and accommodation for the perfect holiday. Seaview Studio has been newly constructed with fantastic uninterrupted views over the bay and golf couse. The ground floor consists of Lounge Shower room and Toilet with stairs leading to the Bedroom with double and single Beds colour TV. Facilities include: Combination Microwave, Hob, Fridge, Kettle, Toaster, Colour TV, and Radio.

There is no sink in the Kitchen the Bahroom Basin is next door. There is a small Patio outside of the French doors which form the front door to the apartment.
