Location, location, location! This property has water views of three canals and the ocean. This dock is supersized 27' one side and 14' on the other side. Dock is complete with cleats, posts, fish cleaning table, swim- ladder and lounge furniture. Kitchen is open and compact with easy reach of living room and a pass through window to dining area which has built in bench and chairs. Other dining areas are a balcony overlooking the canals and the front screened porch with gas grill. The living room boasts both a canal view and huge flat screen TV with DVD, VCR and remote. Master bedroom with queen size bed has a TV and beautiful wood cabinets. Guest bedroom with queen size bed is bright and cheerful with plenty of cupboards. Great area for bicycling and two bicycles are included with this rental. This home is handicap accessible with side ramp. Two full baths, one bath is handicap accessible, Central air and W/D.

Amenities:
Venture Out has a heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Tennis, Basketball and Bocce courts, Marina with ocean access, convenience store, recreation center and seasonal activities.
