NO PETS. NO SMOKING. This condo has a unique design with newer kitchen and breakfast bar. Slate floors and marble accents the dining area. This condo has two patios: one for privacy and wind protection off the dining room, and one off the living room with propane BBQ and view of meadows and mountains. Living room has a fireplace, TV/DVD & Surround Sound...and cozy comfortable furnishings. Master bedroom has king bed, standing wood stove and skylights. An extra large bathroom is adjacent. The landing has room for a desk for those bringing their work to the Ranch. A day bed provides a nook for reading as well as an extra bed with trundle.
