This cozy residential neighbourhood has the benefit of privacy paired with access to all major amenities and venues. Situated only 20 minutes from Vancouver airport, 15 minutes from downtown, and 500m to 3 major bus routes. Steps to a beautiful park land and to a multitude of restaurants and shops on Broadway. The suite is fully furnished and luxuriously finished with hardwood floors, granite counter tops, breakfast bar, two full bathrooms, one with walk-in shower, gas fireplace, security alarm, own entrance, in suite laundry, and in suite storage.
AVAILABILITY: Approximately two weeks total, however currently flexible with exact dates. 1 week stay minimum, please.
