3BD/3BA beautiful 2 story home on the bayside. Hardwood floors, steps to bay, large rooftop deck. All bedrooms upstairs. Close to fun zone, restaurants, Balboa Pier. Big-screen TV with VHS, DVD and CD players. One bathroom downstairs, very large kitchen, built-in radio and intercom system, whirlpool tub in master, extra refrigerator, non-coin w/d in two-car garage. Unit does have Wi-Fi. 1st fl bath is shower only. Guest bath on second fl has shower only, master bath has a tub. "Twin" bed in small center bedroom upstairs pulls out to make a double bed (Ikea).
