Gulf House is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Grayton Beach, right next to the Grayton Beach State Park dunes and just a short walk from Grayton’s funky and eclectic assortment of shops and restaurants. Nostalgic beach home offers the perfect accommodations for your family vacation with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, sleeping up to 12 people. Enjoy panoramic Gulf and sunset views from large screened and open deck facing the beach and overlooking the dunes. Private beach walkover. This home is located on a quiet dead-end street making it ideal for families with children.
Large gulf front great room features three French doors that open out to the screened porch. The screen porch is outfitted with amble chairs and tables for enjoyment of the gulf breezes and sunsets. The adjacent dining area seats up to 10 at dining table (when you add the table leaf and pull up the 4 extra available chairs). Long wet bar has 7 barstools, sink and ice machine for convenience. Casually decorated, carpeted great room features two double sleeper sofas, various side chairs, tables and lamps allowing everyone to spread out while watching the huge LCD TV, DVD player, and stereo/CD player. High speed wireless internet. Galley style kitchen features white formica countertops, frig, dishwasher, microwave and electric range.
All three bedrooms are gulf front, carpeted and have ceiling fans. King master bedroom offers king bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps, side chair, TV and private bath with long vanity countertop and built-in drawers, fold out ironing board and a shower. First Queen bedroom has 2 queen beds, dresser, bedside tables with lamps and a TV/DVD. Second Queen guest bedroom features bedside table, lamp and dresser. Hall bath has vanity sink and a shower.
Full sized washer and dryer located in separate utility room. Gas BBQ grill. Large driveway with parking for 2 cars under the house and 2 more behind them. Hot/cold outdoor shower with privacy stall.
