This 5000+ sq. ft. home sits directly beachfront, with a private pool, jacuzzi and patio being all that separate you from a private, pristine beach and the blue green waters of the Caribbean. A poolside dining gazebo with panoramic views of the ocean is just beyond the front lawn.
The elegantly furnished living room features an entertainment center with large screen TV, stereo, and fully stocked bar. The 1000 sq. ft. master bedroom suite features a four poster, king size bed and armoire with large screen TV. The master bath features a deep soaking tub and walk in shower. All bedrooms share the same direct view of the Caribbean and Negril''s famous sunsets.

Transfer to and from the villa is available.

Services Available Chef service and personal bartender is included in the rental rate. Computer with internet access, free of charge. The villa includes a wide selection of water toys for guests'' use

Meal Plan
There are two meal plans to choose from. The all-inclusive meal plan is an
additional ~$115 per adult guest per night plus tax at 8.25% for unlimited
food & beverages including fine wines and premium liquors. The other meal
option is to pay an itemized grocery bill upon checkout based on all food and
beverages consumed from stock during the stay. There is no markup on the
groceries.
