Saramanda is a newly built luxurious villa, designed by one of Barbados’ leading architects, which stands amidst extensively landscaped gardens within the Sandy Lane Estate.
The house is built around an impressive and airy atrium containing a spacious living room which has patio doors that open onto a large verandah with sofas and an informal outdoor dining area. Adjacent is the media room providing wide screen cable HDTV, DVD, video and full wi-fi access. A large and well appointed kitchen gives access to an elegant dining room with a beautiful coral stone dining table as its centre piece with patio doors that lead to a verandah and the garden which over look the pool. Guests also have access to the exclusive Sandy Lane Beach where sun loungers are available.
On the first floor on either side of the staircase are two magnificent master bedrooms complete with private balconies, en-suite bathrooms and walk in wardrobes. There are three further bedrooms providing either twin or king size accommodation, all with en-suite bathrooms and walk in wardrobes. Each of the five bedrooms are air conditioned and complete with cable TV, telephones, safes and ceiling fans.
There is a separate two-car garage block with remote control doors also containing the laundry room, staff room and bathroom. The property is fully enclosed with electronically operated gates and an alarm system.
Holetown, with its lively atmosphere and plentiful bars, restaurants and shops is ten minutes walk away as are the beaches of St James. Sandy Lane Golf and tennis courts are also only a short walk from the house on the Sandy Lane Estate.
The house would be particularly suitable for two families wishing to share the accommodation.
