Maison de Reve is located hillside in the exclusive Terres Basses area and is within walking distance of Baie Rouge beach, one of he best beaches in St Martin. This newly built, magnificent, six bedroom, fully air conditioned, 8,000 square foot villa offers wonderful views of the ocean, Anguilla, St. Martin and Marigot. The villa is accessed though beautifully landscaped grounds with the Caribbean natural vegetation provide privacy and color. A New York designer has filled the villa with luxuriously elegant furniture and artwork. Beautiful Italian travertine marble abounds throughout the villa. All bedrooms feature ensuite marble bedrooms, large showers, king sized beds with plush pillow-top mattresses, and IPOD docks. The design and placement of each bedroom assures total privacy. The master bedroom opens into the main living area, and interconnects to the second bedroom, two further bedrooms are located in their own cottages overlooking to pool and there is a two bedroom suite with its own living room, plasma TV and kitchenette off the pool terrace.

The living room, expansive covered terrace, and multilevel decks offer spacious areas suitable for entertaining a large number of guests who can enjoy the state of the art sound system. Main living room features Large LCD 1080ip TV with surround sound home theater, DVD and music library, WIFI internet and IPOD dock in main living room. The modern gourmet kitchen is equipped with Bosch and Viking appliances and stainless steel counter tops.

The sheltered pool deck surrounds the multi-depth pool which features a waterfall and nighttime fiber optic lighting. The pool area boasts a large stainless steel BBQ, bar area and another separate dining area. Relax under the poolside gazebo or on the rooftop sundeck for even more fantastic ocean and bay views.
