This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is a boater`s dream with boat dock and lift and very quick access to the open water and Fort Myers and Sanibel beaches. The home features an electric heated pool.

Other amenities include: BBQ grill, high speed internet, big screen TV, as well as a large lap pool located at the Yacht Club (less than 5 minute walk from the home).

Whether you love going to the beach or are planning to bring or rent a boat, this home is the perfect match!

NOTICE - DOLPHIN BAY IS A 4 BEDROOM HOME

ALL 4 AND 5 BEDROOM HOMES INCLUDE THE FIRST 4 ADULT GUESTS (CHILDREN 16 AND OVER COUNT AS ADULTS) IN THE BASE RENTAL PRICE. EACH ADDITIONAL ADULT OR CHILD 16 AND OVER IS AN ADDITIONAL $10.00 PLUS TAX PER DAY.
