Villa Patricia is located east off Del Prado Blvd in a great area of town with quick access to shopping, restaurants, and only a short ride by boat to the open water/river and all area beaches.

The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bath , dining room, breakfast nook, living- & family room, TV in master bedroom and living room, stereo cd-system. High speed internet and long distance phone available. Fantastic pool area with pavered deck, electric heated pool and spa.

Can you say location, location, location?! A boater`s dream, only minutes to the river (two canals) and Gulf of Mexico, beautiful waterviews and conveniently located to shopping and entertainment. Only minutes to Fort Myers. Quiet area but very close to everything.
