Notice: Electric pool heat is not available between April 1 and August 1, 2009. The house does have a solar heater as well, which will be more than sufficient to heat the pool during the summer months. However, the spa cannot be heated to temperatures higher than what the solar system is capable of. The electric pool heat will be available again after August 1, 2009.
