This wonderful mid-century home boasts of spacious 3 bedrooms and 2 baths in the main home with a 1 bedroom 1 bath casita off the backyard pool - a great indoor/outdoor living space. There is a spacious living room and an atrium dining room with retractable shades to let full or indirect sun into the room. The kitchen has all you would need for any culinary delight with an adjacent bar for those quick and easy meals.

The private backyard starts with the pool/jacuzzi area with built-in BBQ for your outdoor living comfort. The lush landscaping meanders around the side of the home and includes a quiet sitting area off the master bedroom. The master bath also boasts a shower with full lighting to the outside backyard.

Each bedroom is nicely furnished with a different and comfortable feel. There are TV's in each bedroom, some with DVD players. The private casita bedroom/bathroom is off the backyard with a separate entrance from the main house. Bed sizes are a king in the master bedroom, queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and casita, and twin beds in the 3rd bedroom.
