There is ample room to relax indoors or out and have your mountain views. There are two patios, one with pool and spa, chaise lounge and chairs. The other patio has a gas barbecue and dining ensemble. If you enjoy entertaining at home, cooking will be a snap in the fully appointed kitchen.

The spacious master bedroom is a soothing retreat with its king sized bed, fine linens and patio doors which open to the pool and spa. The guest room is set up with a queen sized bed and TV.
This villa is located in the secure private gated Sundance community with lush landscape, outdoor tennis courts and a large interior park.
