An extraordinary contemporary home remodeled to perfection in 2005, located in one of the best neighborhoods of South Palm Springs know as Little Beverly Hills. The owners have spared no expense on this unique property. There are two master suites with sleek designer bathrooms that feature contemporary concrete one piece sinks, brushed nickel shower fixtures and huge Italian style showers. There are two fireplaces - one in the living room and one in the master suite. The kitchen is the gourmet dream, with stainless steel appliances, upgraded cabinetry with fluted glass and granite slab countertops. There is a large greatroom for that ultimate entertaining experience.

The grounds are professionally landscaped with breathtaking west-facing San Jacinto mountain view that accentuate the pool and soaking hot tub including a fountain and exterior shower. There are more than 30 palm trees on the property including -a wonderful front, side and backyard with emerald grass areas.
