This is a beautiful, brand new luxury 2 bedroom 2.5 bath condominium. It has views of the ocean and of a large pool with a swim-up bar. It is steps to the excellent swimming and surfing beach Playa Tamarindo, right in the center of town within one block of the 'Circle'.It has it all: location, views, luxurious comfort, plus all the amenities that Tamarindo has to offers - Bar, Restaurants, Shopping Centers, Banks, ATM's machines, Grocery Stores, etc.The condo is located on the grounds of the Diria Hotel one of the most popular beach hotel in Tamarindo. The complex is gated and has 24-hour security guard. The parking lot is conveniently located within the gates.Cenzaro #404 has a king size bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. There is a full kitchen with all utensils, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. The Master Bedroom and the living area have beautiful ocean views. There is a large patio to enjoy the ocean views and beautiful sunsets.This Condo is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy your vacation. We offer free cleaning service every third day.
