CASA "Lucky Monkey House 2" is located just a short 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk to the beach in Tamarindo, made famous by the classic surf flick "Endless Summer". From the property perched on the hill above Tamarindo bay the ocean view is visible beyond the seascape sunset. The ocean view is visible beyond the trees even from the ground floor and the view from the higher floors with up to a 220 degree panarmic view of Playa Grande, the Estuary, Tamarindo bay and even all the way to Pinilla.This brand new three story house is set in a grassy courtyard with a small pool. The large living area in Lucky Monkey 2 opens to a patio next to the pool through 2 sliding glass doors. This large ground floor living area of Lucky Monkey 2 is convertible by a wooden retractable wall, creating a 5th bedroom with pull out bed and private bath. Also on the first floor has a beautiful new kitchen, with stunning granite counter tops and giant windows that flood the room with tropical sunshine.The Lucky Monkey 2 has four bedrooms and the living room has a retractable wall with a full bath that can be easily converted into a fifth bedroom. LM2 can fit 10 people if they are all couples or if they share beds. The entire top floor is a matrimonial suite, complete with jacuzzi tub and has a California king and some living room furniture. The other three rooms on the second floor have queen sized beds and the convertible room on the lower level has a pull out standard size bed. It has separate parking in the back and a private entrance. (It has a spectacular view of Tamarindo Bay & about 120 degree ocean view from the top two levels).The dish-washer, refrigerator, and stove with oven are all brand new stainless steel. All the appliances, cooking and serving items are tastefully chosen. A laundry room with washer/dryer and laundry sink open off of the kitchen with a half bath at the base of the stairs. An arched doorway with relief ceiling leads from the living area to the hall and the base of the majestic stone stairway that curls around itself as it leads to the second and third level.There are three bedrooms in the second level. Two identical rooms with queen size beds share a bathroom between them and each open on to a rounded patio overlooking the tropical forest foliage and one with an ocean view overlooking Tamarindo bay and the pool.( the forest foliage to the back and side of the house are known to be frequented by a friendly group of monkeys)Up another flight of stairs is the fabulous master/matrimonial suite which makes up the entire third level of the house. A double sized patio door makes almost an entire glass wall facing the sunset. From this height, the beach at the south point of Tamarindo bay is visible, including Captain Island and the seascape horizon. A spacious bathroom doubles as a spa with a Jacuzzi tub on one side.Tucked at the end of the street, this is a perfect spot to escape the world and enjoy the peace, quiet, and serenity that await you!!!
