FULL DESCRIPTION: This lovely Royal Wood Golf and Country Club community is beautifully maintained throughout, Excellent central location, 3 bedroom 2 bath single family pool home, a full kitchen with dinette, comfortable living room/ dining area, King size bed in the Master Suite, queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom, two twins in the 3rd and two private bathrooms. This home is located directly next door to the tennis courts and Country Club, surrounded by trees giving you the most private swimming pool and lanai area yet you can walk right next door to the club. Ideally located off of Rattlesnake Hammock Rd. close to many shops, grocery stores, and restaurants.

Golf Transfer available $100 to $200 depending on your length of stay. Golf is not transferrable for less then 30 days.
Association application required. $100
Additional charge for pool heating.
