The community of Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club was first established in 1993, it is located approximately 8 miles south of I4 exit 55 on State Route 27. It is a community of approximately 700 homes located around the multi award winning Southern Dunes Golf Course and is approximately 20 minutes drive from Walt Disney World.
As you enter the community you will feel the relaxed atmosphere and admire the tranquil settings around you, there is a lake to the right and trees lining the roads and edging the golf course, all of which give the area a ‘country’ feel
Within the community there are 3 swimming pools, there are two tennis courts and small children’s play area with swings and slides.
Just outside the main gate to the community are two large supermarkets, Winn-Dixie and Wal-Mart which will have everything you need (Food, Pharmacy, Clothes etc). Wal-Mart is open 24 hours and has a petrol (gas) station.
This very lovely home has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are en suite and an additional family bathroom. The Master bedrooms, 1 king bedroom and 1 queen bedroom have TV’s and DVD players. There is an additional TV & DVD player in one of the guest twin bedrooms.
There are 2 sitting areas, one of which is more formal and the other is the family room which is situated around the main TV with DVD player. There is a good size dining room and the kitchen is large and fully fitted with all appliances such as a dishwasher, large fridge and full size cooker with microwave. There is also a laundry room and the house is fully air conditioned.
Outside the pool and deck affords stunning views of the golf course, and the deck is fully furnished for you to enjoy those casual meals al fresco. The pool is inviting and can be heated if you desire. This is the perfect spot for topping up your tan. The pool also has a child safety fence around which can easily be removed for your convenience.
This home is very cozy and you will get that welcoming feeling every time you come through the front door. Turnday: Any.
