Southern Dunes is an established and peaceful community comprising of a mix of vacation homes and owner occupied homes. There is an active residents association focused on maintaining and improving the community. As you enter the community there is a lake to the right and trees lining the roads and edging the golf course, all of which give the area a ‘country’ feel
Within the community there are 3 swimming pools, there are two tennis courts and small children’s play area with swings and slides.
Just outside the main gate to the community are two large supermarkets, Winn-Dixie and Wal-Mart which will have everything you need (Food, Pharmacy, Clothes etc). Wal-Mart is open 24 hours and has a petrol (gas) station.
This comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is cozy with an open feel. There is a formal seating and dining area.
The 3 bedroom are nicely furnished. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a TV. The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds. The main bathroom has a separate pool entrance.
This home has a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with an icemaker, microwave oven, waste disposal unit and all crockery and cutlery are included. The dinning room table is a perfect choice for a family style sit down dinner
