The 192 can be reached in just 10 minutes via a quiet local road. The Champions Gate development is just 2 minutes drive away and here you will find a Publix Supermarket, Mcdonald's, Subway, a BP gas station, banking facilities and other small retail outlets. There is also a Chinese and Italian takeaway, both of whom provide delivery to the Sandy Ridge area. Upon entering the home, you will find yourself in the open plan living room, which has a flat panel TV. Off of the living room you will find the dining area and open plan kitchen which is fully equipped. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a queen sized bed with an ensuite bathroom.
