The location of Sandy Ridge is perfect, the area around is undeveloped, resulting in the feeling of a country retreat, yet the community is conveniently close to Junction 58 of the I4, giving access to Walt Disney World in less than 10 minutes. The 192 can be reached in just 10 minutes via a quiet local road. The Champions Gate development is just 2 minutes drive away and here you will find a Publix Supermarket, Mcdonald's, Subway, a BP gas station, banking facilities and other small retail outlets. There is also a Chinese and Italian takeaway, both of whom provide delivery to the Sandy Ridge area. Golfers will find 2 Greg Norman designed courses and a David Leadbetter Golf Academy at Champions Gate.
Upon entering the home, you will find yourself in the open plan living room, which has a flat panel TV. Off of the living room you will find the dining area and open plan kitchen which is fully equipped. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a queen sized bed with an ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms each have queen beds, the fourth bedroom has two twin beds. Outside you will find the patio and pool area, which are ideal for enjoying the sun! Turnday: Any.
