This beautiful two story, 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home is furnished to the highest standard. There is a formal seating area, formal dining area, family room, breakfast nook and bar, a powder room (1/2 bathroom) and sleeper sofa. The sleeper sofa increases the accommodation to 12 people. There is a flat panel TV in the family room. There are also 2 master bedrooms with en-suite.
The 5 bedrooms are nicely furnished. On the ground floor there is a master bedroom with a Queen Size bed, private pool entrance, flat screen TV and large walk-in closet. Upstairs you will find the 2nd master bedroom with a Kings Size bed, flat screen TV and large walk-in closet. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen Size bed. The remaining 2 bedrooms have twin beds. One of the twin rooms come equipped with a PSP and TV.
This home has a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer with an icemaker, microwave oven, waste disposal unit and all crockery and cutlery are included. The breakfast nook/bar is ideal for informal dinning. The dining room table is a perfect choice for a family style sit down dinner.
