Loma del Sol is located off of Highway 54/Ronald Reagan Pkwy in Davenport. It is located near the I-4 and Hwy 27 interchange, providing excellent access to all of the Orlando attractions and the Gulf Coast. Less than 10 minutes away is the Champions Gate area, which offers golf, and a number of shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

This lovely four bedroom three bathroom home offers an open floor plan, with large spacious living spaces. It offers a formal dining area and sitting area. The kitchen is fully equipped, and is open plan to the family room, and second dining area that leads out to the patio. The master bedroom is large, and spacious, and offers a queen sized bed, and a full ensuite bathroom. The secondary bedroom offers a full sized bed, additionally there are two twin rooms, each with two twin beds. The maximum sleeping occupancy is 8 people. The pool deck is oversized and south facing, with a full length pool. Turnday: Any. Amenities: TV (2+), Children's Play Area, FREE Local, Long Distance & Intnl.
