Park City holiday condo: Deer Valley

If you are seeking a spacious townhouse, in a great location, at a great price, and with wonderful amenities then this is the place for you!

Finished in 2007, our three story, 3,200 square foot townhouse has four bedroom suites, four and a half bathrooms, a large custom kitchen, great room, game room, and family room. The townhouse has fabulous views of the Jordanelle Lake and the slopes at Deer Valley.

It is located across from Deer Valley’s Deer Crest gondola in the Shores at Stillwater. It also backs onto Jordanelle Reservoir, a beautiful mountain lake. You are literally only two minutes to the lake or the ski slopes. The location offers pristine beauty and peacefulness. However, if you are the more adventurous type, there are no limits to what you can do. We are also only 10-20 minutes from Old-Town Park City, Park City Ski Resort and The Canyons Ski Resort. Sundance Ski Resort is 30 minutes away, The Sundance Film Festival headquarters is about 15 minutes away, and the Salt Lake City International Airport is about 50 minutes away.

There are six TV’s each with Satellite TV and a DVD player. Each of the bedrooms has a large TV and the great room and family room have large HDTV's. The great room and family room have large stone fireplaces as well as three of the four bedrooms to take the chill off after a wonderful day of skiing.
Our townhouse is great for two families to share because we have two full kitchens, two living rooms, two washers and dryers. The main floor kitchen has custom cabinetry, upgraded appliances (Wolf, Sub-Zero), and granite counter tops. We have a private Jacuzzi for eight people on the back patio. The home is also equipped with high-speed wireless internet, whole-house audio, and a central vacuum system.
