Please remember that our villas are “Non-Smoking" and that your security deposit may be forfeited in its entirety if you choose to smoke inside of the home.

Deposit and Final Payment: A 50% deposit will confirm your reservation. The balance is to be received 45 days prior to arrival (90 days for Holiday reservations). A deposit is required against damages.

Cancellations and Refunds: All rental deposits are refundable with a $100 cancellation fee, until 45 days from the reservation arrival date. Within 45 days of arrival, deposits other than deposits against damage are not refundable.
