LOWER FLOOR FEATURES
Our main living area, the lower floor, features a fully stocked kitchen, laundry closet, dining area, living room, half bath, and large main deck with patio furniture and an electric grill!
* LIVING ROOM -- Queen sleeper sofa and matching loveseat provide ample and comfortable seating. Color television, connected to cable. We also have a DVD player, VCR, and a collection of movies for you to enjoy during your stay. You'll also find playing cards, books and games in the unit as well. The living room features a ceiling fan for those of you who wish to open the windows and enjoy the ocean breezes. Free high-speed internet has been added as of December 2006.
* DINING AREA -- Comfortable table with seating for four, plus we also have barstools for additional seating.
* HALF BATH -- Conveniently located between the living area and kitchen on the main level.
* KITCHEN -- Our kitchen is stocked with everything we think you'll need during your vacation with us. Dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, crock pot, dishes and silverware, a good selection of cookware, utensils and glassware, spice rack, and much more! We strive to start all guests off with a supply of dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels, tinfoil, Ziplocs and basic kitchen necessities. Also located in the kitchen is a cordless telephone with answering machine.
* LAUNDRY CLOSET -- In the kitche, you'll find our laundry facilities as well. Full-sized washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. We strive to supply you with starters of laundry soap and dryer sheets.
* MAIN DECK -- Large and comfortable deck with patio furniture. Watch the matches on the tennis court or just relax at the end of a great day at the beach. We offer an electric grill as well.
UPPER FLOOR FEATURES
The second floor of our unit has two bedrooms and full baths! The master features a queen bed, a large bedroom, private balcony, and full, spacious bathroom with twin vanities, separate shower and tub! The second bedroom has a private balcony and twin beds plus another full bathroom!
* MASTER BEDROOM -- King-sized bed with clock radio and telephone, ceiling fan and color TV.
* MASTER BEDROOM DECK -- Features two comfortable deck chairs to enjoy the peace and quiet of Barrier Dunes.
* MASTER BATH -- The master vanity features twin sinks and plenty of storage. Separate shower and tub as well. Hair dryer provided for your convenience.
* SECOND BEDROOM -- Queen-sized bed is featured in the second bedroom. There's also a private balcony and a full bathroom.
